Account registration and sign-in

Create an AIXHUB account, sign in, and confirm that you can reach the user console.

Your keys, usage, and channel information are all in the AIXHUB user console. This guide covers an end-user account only, not administrator or server configuration.

Prerequisites

An email address that can receive account messages.
A browser that can open the AIXHUB console.
Your existing credentials if you already have an account.

Steps

Open the AIXHUB console.
New users should choose the registration entry and complete the requested account fields. Existing users can go directly to sign-in.
Complete any email or security verification shown by the page. The exact fields and verification method depend on the current console configuration.
After signing in, confirm that the side navigation opens Dashboard, API keys, Usage records, and Available channels.

Sign out when you finish on a shared computer, and do not let the browser permanently store your credentials there.

Verification

You can see the AIXHUB user console and open Dashboard without being redirected back to sign-in.

Troubleshooting

No verification email: Check spam and confirm that the address was entered correctly.
Sign-in immediately returns to the sign-in page: Allow required cookies for the site, refresh, and try once more.
Credentials are unavailable: Use the account recovery path offered by the console. Do not create extra accounts to bypass recovery.
The page reports insufficient permission: Confirm that you signed in with the intended account, then give support the time and page URL.
