Dashboard and balance
Read the AIXHUB dashboard summary and confirm account balance, recent activity, and next actions.
Dashboard is a quick check that the account is ready and a starting point for keys, usage, and channels. Use Usage records for detailed costs and individual requests.
Prerequisites
- You have completed account sign-in.
- You are using the intended AIXHUB account.
- If you just sent a request, note its approximate time for comparison.
Steps

Open the AIXHUB console and go to Dashboard.

Review the account summary and balance information displayed on the page. Account types can expose different fields, so treat the current screen as authoritative.

If you just completed an API request, note its time and open Usage records to compare the model, status, and cost.

To determine whether a model can be used now, open Available channels instead of relying on a remembered model name.

If an amount or activity looks unfamiliar, stop using any exposed key and preserve the relevant time, request ID, and usage details.
Verification
Troubleshooting
- Data has not updated: Allow a short processing interval, refresh, and check the original call in Usage records.
- Balance differs from expectations: Confirm the account and time zone, then compare individual usage entries.
- A model is not listed: Dashboard is not the model catalog. Use Available channels.
- The page is blank or fails to load: Sign in again and temporarily disable browser extensions that intercept requests.
