Profile and account security

Review AIXHUB profile and security controls, then respond correctly to account or key concerns.

Profile identifies the signed-in account and exposes the account options enabled in this console. Security controls can vary by deployment, so only act on items actually shown on the page.

Prerequisites

  • You are signed in to the AIXHUB console.
  • You can access the email address associated with the account.
  • Before changing security details, confirm that no important work depends on a credential you plan to replace.

Steps

  1. Open Profile from the side navigation.

  2. Review the email address, display name, and other visible account details to confirm the signed-in identity.

  3. If password or other security controls are present, complete the requested verification and use a strong, unique credential.

  4. Review API keys and revoke anything unused, unexplained, or previously exposed.

  5. After an important change, sign in again and confirm that normal clients still use valid keys.

Verification

Profile shows the intended account, security changes are saved, and both a fresh sign-in and a valid-key test succeed.

Troubleshooting

  • Changes will not save: Complete every required field and verification step, then refresh to confirm the result.
  • A security option is absent: It may not be enabled for this panel. Do not infer behavior from a different Sub2API deployment.
  • The account may have been accessed: Change available sign-in credentials, revoke unknown keys, and inspect Usage records.
  • Notifications stop after an email change: Verify the new address and spam folder, then keep the time and screen details for support.

Next step

Return to API key management for a credential audit, and check Usage records regularly for unfamiliar activity.
